The investment is located about 500 meters from wide, sandy beach and about 350 meters from the promenade, surrounded by Zdrojowy Park - a forest complex with significant landscape value. To the west, adjacent to our new investment there is multifamily buidlings complex built by Arkada-Inwest between 2007 and 2014. North from Zdrojowa along Uzdrowiskowa street, you can find spas with many accompanying services.
With Zdrojowa Park you can find calmness and silence right near the Zdrojowy Park. Our investment also provides close access to the beautiful beach and all of the attractions that you can try in Swinoujscie. It is ideal place to rest and relax .

The owner of the property on which our new development is going to be built - Arkada-Inwest is a company that belongs to the CIROKO corporate group. Both companies have many years of experience in developing their own projects, as well as external ones. Arkada-Inwest is also an operator that knows seaside cities demands exceptionally good. It has short-term rental apartment buildings under management in both Swinoujscie and Miedzyzdroje.
To make use of our knowledge and experience we decided to create modern, and functional residential complex in the location that attracts our most demanding clients. Key points that we focus on the most are the result of our observations, analysis and conclusions based on our clients opinions. That's how the idea of Zdrojowa Park was born - to match the uniqueness of the location where it will be built.
Property area consists of 2 plots of land with numbers 143/9 and 145/10, that has combined area of 14 983 m2 and are within cadastral distric no. 2 in Swinoujscie. The area is equipped with infrastructre necessary for the scale and type of project we want to create. Property wasn't in use until now. The plan of land use is shown on the schema below.
Our new residential-commercial complex will consist of 4 residential buildings and a hotel. Arranged in the chosen locations, the layout guarantees comfortable space between each building and compliance with the decision that we received about zoning conditions. It also allows us to maximize the landscape value of the nearby park. With such a design we can offer you as much greenery and as many recreational areas as possible - key values that our clients appreciate the most. With this in mind, we plan to fulfill Zdrojowa Park area with various tree and bushes spieces. Apartments on the ground floor will have gardens / terraces. Even the location of each building, oriented along the north-south axis, ensures optimal sunlight and provides you with marvelous view from windows and balconies.
Buildings and land development features are placed below the surface - on the underground garage level. Complex of underground garages has its own individual entry, with ramp accessible from Zdrojowa Street - independent from the internal road in the south part of the plot. All of this to make moving around the property as comfortable as possible. Pedestrians can easily move around the property by routes that connect every building and are available on the surface and on the underground level as well. Our whole complex includes necessary, handicapped parking spaces. Entries to each and every building has no bariers. It also applies to elevators, apartments entries and balconies. You don't need to overcome any stair step.
Layout of Zdrojowa Park allows us to split the whole development proccess into separate stages. It also allows us to divide the entire area into smaller properties, each of which will be built accordingly to different stage (different homeowner associations). Investor's assumption is that splitting the whole proccess gives us possibility to put into use seperate, ready to move in buidlings with all land development features, garages and pedestrian paths ready to use.
Additionaly, the location of the hotel building in the north-east part of the area along with the layout of pedestrian and car paths, makes our hotel building easily accessible, directly from the Zdrojowa Street. All of this without disturbing the residential part of Zdrojowa Park.

The building's architecture is modern, featuring a predominantly white exterior with grey accents and glass balcony railings. The top two floors are set back from the lower, repititive ones.
All four residential buildings (labeled A, B, C and D) are 10-floors buildings with 9 floors above the ground and one underground level. Every building has 2 elevators that connects all floors in the building. You can easily move around inside the building using staircase. Apartments are designed with corridor inside.
All the floors above the ground are designed with residential apartments only - with various layouts and areas. In total, this section of the development includes 391 apartments.
Due to the exceptional views, on the top 2 floors we plan to construct a luxury apartments, featuring larger areas, viewing terraces and recreational terraces. The other floors offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments allowing our clients to choose their dream home. Average area of our apartments is approx. 38 m2.
Hotel building was designed as 9 floor building (8 floors above the ground and 1 underground level) with 98 hotel rooms and wide range of accompanying services: catering, swimming pool, wellness, conference, recreational and others. The two first floors and the last one is where these services are located. Hotel building has also exterior space designed with more catering services and recreational areas. Every hotel room has its own terrace. On the top floor, you will find spacious penthouses, filled with glamour and luxury. Each floor of the hotel has 3 elevators and double-winder stairs in the center. The overall design is completed by modern architecture, white exterior with grey accents and glass balcony railings.
Common areas of the buildings will be finished with high-quality materials, based on our interior design projects. Interiors of the hotel building will be custom-designed.
The entire area and each building will be equipped with modern, eco-friendly and energy-efficient solutions, including ventilation and air conditioning. You will feel secure, as we will also cover the area and building interiors with CCTV. We are also working on implementing "intelligent building" solutions, including modern access systems that assist with rental management.
